We arrived and had a kind person at the reception ...

We arrived and had a kind person at the reception desk. We knew since the day before that our planned bicycle tour was not possible and were waiting for a solution... but nothing came! We had a nice bedroom, with a nice sight over the city, a drink to welcome us. But the breakfast, really complete, was not warm. A lot of choice, but eggs, bacon, vegetables, sausages, were more than cold. Very kind personal, everywhere. Clean rooms. Nothing to say about the hotel. Only a big deception for the breakfast.
