I have been a customer of Mr Jeff for a few months now and I must say their service has been satisfactory. The app makes it easy to schedule my laundry pickup and delivery. The quality of the laundry is good, but there have been a few instances where the clothes were not returned on time. However, overall, I am satisfied with their service.
