I had a really average experience with Niven film....

I had a really average experience with Niven film. The website was easy to navigate and they had a decent selection of films. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff were not very friendly and seemed more interested in their own conversations than helping customers. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5.
