Waiting time at lobby for pickup is 30 min to 1hr, dont expect a great service. Marina cruise dinner was so pathetic. With baby i wait at every location atleast 30 min be it at lobby or for hotel drop...i am very disappointed rather than a good vacation they have given me mental harsment
