As a customer, I have found the housing authority's services to be satisfactory. They have provided me with a decent living arrangement without any major issues. The staff has been attentive and helpful whenever I've had a question or concern. However, I do think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and transparency. Overall, though, I am satisfied with the services provided.
