Really disappointed with service of this company! ...

Really disappointed with service of this company! Getting my orders wrong, not getting emails of proof and then getting an email saying thanks for your payment when I had told them not to go ahead with order, only to find they charged someone else that paid my order. After ringing to find out what was going on the lady was rude ! The couldn t even get my address right after I had written in an email! Not professional at all!
