My car was submitted to the site, after which I was immediately neatly called by an employee who spoke to me nicely.

In the end we did not receive any offers and everything was settled with an email stating that they were unfortunately unable to sell the car. I did not receive an answer to an email asking why I did not receive an offer. I would advise everyone not to waste your time on this.
