I've been a customer of Let's Move for a few years...

I've been a customer of Let's Move for a few years now and I have to say, their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and their moving process is simple and straightforward. However, I did have some issues with their customer support. It took a while for them to respond to my queries and I felt like they weren't very helpful. Overall, I would rate Let's Move as average.
