I have been a customer of Zbeta, inc. for several years now, and I must say that their service has been consistently average. The website is easy to navigate, but the overall experience is nothing extraordinary. The customer support could be more responsive and helpful. I have faced a few issues with billing, and it took numerous emails and calls to get them resolved. While Zbeta, inc. has its merits, there is definitely room for improvement.
