My experience with Ocular lab was pretty average. The website was easy to use and the selection of eyewear was decent. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the customer service. They could have been more attentive and helpful. The delivery of my order was also delayed, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, an okay experience.
