I recently used a property management service for my rental property. The experience was okay. They were responsive and handled the maintenance requests efficiently. However, I felt that their communication could have been better. There were a few instances where I had to follow up to get updates on certain issues. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts in addressing the concerns.
