I have been a customer of E&ngi for several years now and I have to say that their service is average at best. The website is quite outdated and needs a major overhaul. The customer support is also not very responsive and it often takes a long time to get a resolution. On the positive side, their products are of decent quality and they do offer a good range of options to choose from.
