Mitch's Marina is an average company. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall experience could have been better. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I found the prices to be a bit high compared to other marinas in the area. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. Overall, an average experience.
