I had an average experience with Deitz court reporting. While the transcripts were generally accurate, I did notice a few mistakes. The customer support was friendly and responsive, but I expected a quicker turnaround time. The online platform for accessing documents worked well, but it would be beneficial to have additional features. Overall, it was an okay experience, but there is room for improvement.
