California EDD is impossible to get a hold of. I had to move out of state, they asked to Identify myself, I sent papers. They say they never received, then I send again to a Adjudication center, that moved from Elk grove. My paperwork sent return receipt, it is still waiting to be accepted. I am about to file a Mail Fraud Complaint. The US Post Office Agrees and is will. They say EDD didn't change their address in time, and now mail is just backed up. You people need to stop screwing around, and get to work. I am sure many would replace you for what you get paid in cash and benefits.
