I recently purchased a sheepskin rug from this company and I must say, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products to choose from. However, the customer service I received was just okay. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry and there was a lack of follow-up communication throughout the process. The quality of the rug itself was average as well, nothing exceptional. On the positive side, the price was reasonable and the shipping was prompt. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. While I am satisfied with my purchase, there were some areas that could be improved upon, particularly in terms of customer service and communication.
