I have been a customer of Bulu box for several years now and I have to say that their service is average. The concept of a subscription box for health and wellness products is great, but I think they could improve in terms of product variety and quality. Sometimes I receive items that I'm not interested in or don't meet my expectations. Overall, it's a decent service, but there is room for improvement.
