As a customer of Cole Hardwood, Inc., my experience has been fairly average. The website is user-friendly, and I appreciate the wide selection of hardwood products available. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. There were delays in responding to my inquiries, and when I received my order, there were a few small issues with the wood.
