I recently tried the software from tabs3.com and found it to be a decent option for managing my law firm's billing and accounting needs. The user interface is fairly intuitive, and the software integrates well with other programs. However, I did experience some glitches and technical issues, which detracted from the overall user experience. Additionally, the customer support was hit or miss - sometimes helpful, other times not so much. Overall, the software did the job but didn't exceed my expectations. If the technical issues were ironed out and the customer support improved, it could be a much better product.
