I recently used their services for a project, and I found that the team was professional and knowledgeable. However, I was hoping for a bit more transparency in the process and a more detailed explanation of the services being provided. The communication could have been improved, as I often had to follow up for updates. On the positive side, the end result met my expectations and the quality of work was good. Overall, I would rate the experience as average.
