I recently used the services of this company to help manage my property. I found their website to be fairly user-friendly and was able to find the information I needed. However, the communication with the management support team was a bit slow at times, and I felt that the response time could be improved. The services provided were average, and I didn't encounter any major issues, but I also didn't feel particularly impressed. Overall, my experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of efficiency and responsiveness. I would consider using their services again if these areas were addressed.
