I had a mixed experience with the City of Florence...

I had a mixed experience with the City of Florence, South Carolina. There were some aspects of their service that were great, while others left much to be desired. The customer service representatives I interacted with were friendly and helpful, but there were times when it felt like I was being passed around from department to department without getting any real answers. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
