I have been a customer of Knowledge Cube, Inc. for several years now and I must say that their services are simply average. The quality of their work is decent, but not exceptional. Their website is easy to navigate and their customer service is prompt and helpful. However, I have had some issues with their billing process, which has been a bit confusing at times.
