I've had a mixed experience with Bicycle Transit Systems. The bikes are usually fine and the rental process is straightforward, but there have been a few occasions where the bike stations were not functioning properly. It can be frustrating when you're in a hurry and can't find a bike. I hope they improve their maintenance and service.
