I had a mixed experience with Architectes & particuliers. While their website was user-friendly and their designs were innovative, I found their customer service to be lacking. The communication was often slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, once the project was underway, the team was professional and delivered a high-quality end result. Overall, I would rate them as average.
