I had an overall average experience with Air Paris. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was relatively smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and when I finally did get a response, it felt impersonal and unhelpful. I was expecting more from a company with such a reputation. Nevertheless, the flight itself was comfortable and on time, so I can't complain too much.
