The company owns credit one bank and they randomly make charges on your credit card . i had a zero balance on my card and for sum reason a 5.89 cent charge was placed on my account and then for some reason my account was shown as thirty days late. i have reached out the sherman and spoke with someone that was very rude and said she would get someone to call me. i will be reporting more as the story develops. i will go to the new media outlets if proof isnt shown.

i have called 3 more times and they do not want me to speak with someone in charge . This is fraud and some one that reads this should look into this. all they say is they will pass the number along

All of this has taken place today 3/11/2019 the office of the "president of the company" directly contacted me and now they have agreeded they have made a mistake and have issued a letter to me stating they will have all negative remarks removed from my credit immediately . So for all of yall that read this dont let big company run over you!!!!!
