I recently used a travel company for my vacation and I was not impressed. The customer service was average and I had a lot of trouble with their website. However, I found Bitácoras de viaje and they were amazing! The booking process was easy and their customer service was outstanding. I will definitely be using Bitácoras de viaje for all my future trips!
