I have been a customer of Leonard Machine Tool Systems, Inc. for many years and their service has always been average. The quality of their products is satisfactory, but they could definitely improve their customer support. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response, and their representatives don't always seem knowledgeable. Overall, I would say they are an okay company to work with.
