Kathleen is completely awesome. Super knowledgeable. Goes above and beyond to accommodate. I showed up there once just after they closed despite my best efforts and she was kind enough to let me in and on top of that, took her time to go over questions without making me feel (rightfully) rushed.

She provides a viral service to us parrot people and we should try our best to keep her in business for the long run. Buy from here instead of other big box stores.

The bird food is all high quality and sooo much selection. One of the few places that cater to macaws and larger parrots
