Originally contacted in summer of 2014 regarding a new septic system. I paid all requested fees and charges within 10 days. I provided all requested plat maps and other documentation. I was assured it would be taken care of quickly. I contacted the Department of Health in May because there was no activity. The Department of Health said that the last contact was dated November of 2014. It is now May of 2015 and there is still no approval for a new septic. My phone calls to Bob Krause have ended with promises to get it done, then nothing gets done. Frustrated.
