Mr Adler was hired by our hospital system to help with redesign of our emergency department. He essentially implemented a system that he copy pasted from another facility without any regard for patient and staff safety and burnout. When asking for our input from those who work the front lines, he was very dismissive. In the end the system didn’t work and had to be revamped multiple times and are now left with a crumbled system that we have to fix.
