CUSTOMER: Pirical is an average company. I have had a decent experience with their services. The quality of their work is satisfactory. However, there is nothing exceptional about them. They deliver what they promise, which is a good thing. But I believe they have room for improvement. The customer support could be more responsive and proactive. Overall, I would say Pirical is just an average company.
