I give Northern Nevada Medical Center an A+. Why? The staff is informed, organized, competent, and friendly. The physicians and support staff are on a first name bases, which can be found on a first class fighting ship. Organizational loyalty is outstanding, and this is due to exceptional leadership.

I was in for a shoulder replacement surgery by Dr. Cris Dolan. My thanks to you Chris and your team and Northern Nevada Medical Center.
