There are no round-the-clock terminals and private bank ATMs.

There is a bank that works longer than other banks, but unrealistic queues and slow staff.
You can ask the guard for directions in case of loss on the ground. Everything is correctly located on the maps. There is an alternative to endless waiting for elevators - escalators.
The food courts and the cleaning of the areas are poor. The staff is somehow angry and rude almost everywhere.
We can mention "pies for friends", these guys have a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food, especially pies

Toilets are so-so. But it's still a more public toilet
