Con Koulouris didn't bother checking in on me or my account once in several years; yet was listed as my advisor on my superannuation account and receiving income from my superannuation from simply having me listed as one of his clients. My financial situation changed several times over the course of several years and he never bothered to assist with lowering my insurance premiums which were set far too high.
