I've been a resident of Scripps Woods for a few years now, and it has been a mixed experience. The association does a decent job of managing the common areas, but there have been some issues with communication and transparency. Sometimes it feels like decisions are made without considering the residents' opinions. However, overall, it's a decent place to live with some room for improvement.
