I've been a customer of this power cooperative for several years now and I must say they have been consistently delivering great service. The rates are reasonable and the power outage handling is commendable. The only minor issue I've had is with the website, which sometimes feels a bit outdated. Overall, I'm quite happy with NELPCo.
