he management, Staff, furniture rep. and vendors are unprofessional and dishonest. Jennifer K who dealt with our case was rude and lied . We spend over $25,000 and had no follow up in status of merchandise and it took double the lead time. The furniture arrived damaged and they did NOT take responsibility. They are supposed to be the advocate for their customers and provide service however that is sadly not the case. They will take your money and don't deliver on service and goods. Do yourself a favor and stay away. They are not the only showroom in town but i think they are the most dishonest and crooked showroom. See all reviews it seems to be a pattern.
