Denied to see a veteran with a valid VA-Service Co...

Denied to see a veteran with a valid VA-Service Connected ID. Personnel at registration did not orient good and had minimum knowledge on how to hadle my situation, just because I was an "inactive" patient and I was wearing my uniform. Very disapointed on how I was treated. This is why a lot of veterans refuse to get services at the VA Hospital. First impression is always the last impression and unfortunately I did not have a good one about the personnel at registration.
