I had a mixed experience with Shaksy electromec. While their products were good, the customer support was lacking. It took them a while to respond to my queries and they were not very helpful in resolving the issues I faced. However, once the issues were escalated, they were resolved promptly. I hope they improve their customer support as it is an important aspect of any business.
