Took my 2014 Elantra in for a 10,000 mile service (which is just an oil change). Took almost 2 hours and they charged me $120 (only 40 of which was actually for the oil change - the other $80 was for the "2 hours" of labor!) As I sat and waited for my car, I watched at least 10 people turn over after I came in. I would have received better service at a Walmart service center for about 1/10 of that price. A customer service manager texted me asking about my service, so I made a point to tell him exactly how unhappy I was after being ripped off by his team. No response back, of course. I definitely will not be returning to this Red McCombs ever again and I suggest to anyone in need of a standard service to find a different Hyundai dealer!
