I recently used the services provided by a law firm for a legal matter, and my experience with Howard & Spaniol, PLLC was average. The lawyers were knowledgeable and did their job well, but I found the communication to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive updates on my case, and there were times when my calls and emails went unanswered. However, when I did reach someone, they were helpful. I appreciate their expertise, but I hope they work on improving their responsiveness.
