I recently started therapy and I'm so glad I found Heaps Connie Lpc. The therapists are amazing and very understanding. They create a safe space where you can freely express yourself. The sessions have been so helpful in gaining a better perspective on my challenges. I feel more empowered and confident in managing my emotions. The website is user-friendly and provides a lot of useful resources. Highly recommend!
