The overall experience with Next Generation Payroll has been average. While their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them days to respond to my queries and they were not very helpful in resolving my issues. However, their payroll software is quite efficient and helps streamline our payroll processes. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
