I have been shopping at Intimo.dk for a while now, and overall, my experience has been satisfactory. The website is user-friendly, and the delivery is usually on time. However, I feel that the customer service could be improved, as I had some issues with a recent return. Nonetheless, I still appreciate the quality of their products.
