I recommend you avoid Century 21 Mike Bowman at all costs! The agent Larry Fry is unprofessional, rude and insulting with every interaction. Our experience with the agent was so horrible that it left a bad taste in our mouth for our experience in our rental home of 2 years. (I must note that the property was not managed by Century21 but they managed the showings and rental listing) I wish I could say it was a one off case but I was mistreated as a customer 4 times by Mr Fry. And when the complaints were brought to management, his behavior was justified with the excuse that some people just have bad days. It is NEVER appropriate for an agent to use profanity or slander when speaking with contracted customers when they call to ask questions about their home. We are even looking into taking legal action. Please. Save yourself the grief.
