Erin Beardsley was my Realtor. She's hands down the best Realtor I've ever used. In fact, she's the only one I've ever considered using more than once. She went above and beyond while selling my house, including filming for the ads and hosting multiple open houses. She was also fantastic to work with on buying, too. I'm rather picky and she must have showed me 40 homes, all with a cheerfulness that was a pleasure. And when I first moved here with a short term apartment with a lease that was running out and was just going to settle on something to buy, she recommended I rent for a while, taking money out of her own pocket, to keep helping me find a house I would really like. I've bought and sold 5 houses, and dealing with her was the first time I ever felt truly satisfied with the process after closing.
