I have been a customer of Green Mountain Energy for the past two years and I must say their service is really average. While they claim to be an eco-friendly company, I have found their renewable energy options to be limited and not as competitive as some other providers. Additionally, their customer service can be a bit slow and unresponsive at times. Overall, I would rate my experience with Green Mountain Energy as just average.
