I had an average experience with PRATS, LORENZO M DMD. The service was satisfactory but not exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional, but I felt that the overall quality of the dental care could have been better. The waiting time was reasonable, and the office was clean and well-maintained. However, I was not impressed with the level of expertise demonstrated by the dentist. Overall, it was just an average dental visit.
